Cameron Casey Speaking at MCLE Annual Nonprofit Law Conference

Cameron Casey will be speaking on the panel, "Choice of Entity," at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) New England's 25th Annual Nonprofit Law Conference on Wednesday, May 15, 2024.

A hot topic in nonprofit law, "Choice of Entity" will address the addition of several entity options available to new nonprofits. In addition to the traditional choice of organizing a nonprofit entity as either a corporation or trust, there are now several limited liability company options. The panel will provide an overview of these options, as well as address their pros and cons.
